Kirsch & Mausser invest also in the new developments of machines.

In auspicious projects, invest K&M time and money for the development, also without fix customer orders.

For the Interpack 2008 K&M presents 2 new developments for the coffee industry.

On the one hand, a coffee filling unit will be shown. As potential customers, K&M define small specialty roasters.

This unit conveys roasted coffee out of a tank to the filling, by using a vacuum conveyer.

Coffee filling machine

The second machine, we show on the Interpack is a chaff press, construed for small charges.

To offer also for small coffee roasting units a machine to dispose the chaff, this movable chaff press was designed.

In a special designed press, the delivered chaff is getting pressed into pellets.

These pellets, get by a continuously conveyer through a pipe out of the press. The arising huge volume of chaff during the roasting process, will be highly reduced. In this way, the disposal of the chaff is easily to handle.
