The third column in the K&M activity field is the manufacturing for sweet industry.

As a flexible and quick reacting company, it is a specialty of K&M to solve problems associated with the production, as an individual solution for our costumers.

Why customized machines?

• The reasons why, to buy a customized machine, are very different. Especially companies, who like to separate themselves from their competitors by using innovative packaging or product designs, decide to by a customized machine.
• Individual solutions offering the option of exclusivity. Kirsch & Mausser build and develop, for different customers, exclusive industrial facilities.
• Beside of market political decisions, there are also considerations to solve problems associated in the productions, the reason why, to buy customized machines. Often there are no possibilities to solve the problems with a serial machine.
• At least, there are economical considerations to buy customized machines. They are often cheaper than a serial machine, because it is not necessary to buy unneeded options.

Starting with cooling belts, cooling tunnel climate chambers, as well different kinds of transport belts.

Transport belts were built in every necessary accomplishment, with integrated cooling, pneumatic adjustable in highness, straight or also as curve belts.

K&M develop and build climate chambers, cooling-tunnel and channels, mount them in the customers factory and make also the start up.

This units are of a particular importance for the following processes. K&M cooling units are well distributed in the sweet industry in Europe and Asia.

Also wax basins, were the product is getting sealed, were manufactured by K&M. Beside the units for the transportation and cooling of the product, K&M delivers and connect also tanks and pipelines.

Units to attend or refining the product, belonging also to the K&M portfolio. K&M develop and build these units and make also the start up for these machines.

K&M deliver units for different kinds of products. Cutting units, for flat, round or filled products, as well as staple- and sorting units.

Also machines to roll up, or fold the products, as well as sugar coating units, is provided by K&M to the interested customer.

Kirsch & Mausser provide to the customer a full service package. Starting with the measurement, the engineering and building, up to the mounting and finally the start up. As wanted by the customer, K&M attend to all assaulting work.

The most important thing therefore, is the realization of customers requirements. This is the deciding difference between customized and serial units.

Next to the refining machines, Kirsch & Mausser are building also Packing machines. Products with a hard cover packing or foil wrapped products, K&M provide for both applications a Packing machine.
